Regional Manager ( RM – AIAF )
Requirement
· Male/Female between 30 – 45 years old
· Posses a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
· Have experience work for Life Insurance as a Sales Manager, Development Manager, and Training Manager or similar like Regional Manager Position.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good presentation skill
· Good analytical and also critical thinking
Job Description
· Responsible to lead and manage several agency under him/her
· Responsible to enhancing overall performance of the business. (Such as: conduct training for agent or other activities to support the agency )
· Able to see through all alternatives and choose the best possible one for the development effort
· Determine any improvement needed in agency, in order to achieve production (FYP) and manpower.
