The successful candidates will be responsible to maximize our sales for specific accounts.

Responsibilities :
• Looking and develop for a new prospect clients (from any sources)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:

· Site hunting

· Price negotiation

· Making Berita Acara Kesepakatan with the Land / properties owner / Building Management

· Handling legal aspect related to site acquisition

· Socialization to people who living inside the tower radius, also to local government related to BTS Construction

· Handling permits from government related to construction and operationally of BTS (consist of IMB, HO, Izin Prinsip, RKT, etc)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Having at least 2 years work experience in the same area.

· Have basic negotiation & persuasion skill.

· Fully understand Site Acquisition processes.

· Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, able to work under tight schedules.

· Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Ability to fluently converse in English with good reading and writing skills.

· Solid public personal and ability to confidently represent the company.

· Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.

· Negotiation skill

· Communication skill

· Understanding all aspects regarding the site acquisition especially in commercial aspect

· Willing to be placed in Medan (North Sumatera)
