Responsibilities :
• Sourcing the new garment, materials and processing units in
• Capacity & capability development of garment, material & washing embroidery and print factory (WEP) suppliers in
• Keep update and evaluate the suppliers' performance
• Educate the
• Facilitate, coordinate and follow up the SPE process
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers on their performance and areas of improvement for better results
• Cooperation with other production team to ensure the best final products
And Secure Supplier's Competency on Product
Requirements :
· Strong business mind and communication skills
- Driven & ambitious
- Knowledge about Indonesian markets for Underwear/Swimwear + fabric/WEP + sourcing
- High integrity
- Strong Communication Skills
- Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Has experience work experience in textile Fabric
