[Job-Vacancy] Urgently Required: PROJECT MANAGER for Telecommunication Company

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are a fast growing telecommunication services company

inviting professionals to fulfill below challenging positions:

PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for successful project delivery, in view of quality, progress and cost

- Responsible for customer satisfaction in service project delivery

- Organize project teams member to fulfill responsibilities with all due care

- Organize project team members to fulfill internal regulations and targets

- Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates

- As the communication bridge between and customer regarding the professional service / basic service delivery

Requirements and Competencies:

- Bachelor/master degree in telecommunication/electrical/IT engineering, with min GPA 3,00

- At least 3 years working experience in telecom/ enterprise industry domain.

- Previous project management experience required, ideally in a service delivery or system/network integration environment

- Have deep understanding for the whole telecommunication network, including CDMA, GSM, Optical Transmission, Microwave Transmission, Core Network, A & S, etc

- People management skills / experience, excellent team player

- Project planning, tracking, financial management skills

- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill

- Customer negotiation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

- Fluent English.

- Willing to travel within Indonesia.

- Job location in Jakarta.

II. TUGAS/DUTIES

1. Melayani customer yang mencari buku/majalah China/Mandarin

4. Menjaga kebersihan buku, rak dan area penjualan

Proven experience in managing Mine Planning teams,
• Good knowledge in Mining Software (SURPAC), MINCOM
• Knowledge about AMDAL and other Legal Requirements of Coal Mining in Indonesia
• Superior written and oral communication skills, Knowledge of English will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and report writing skills,

4) Mine Surveyor
Requirement:
• University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer,
• Min 3-5 years working experiences in Coal Mining ,Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining,
• Familiar with computer - Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC),
• Strong leadership and hard working,
• Ready to work at site in any area in Indonesia

5. HSE Supervisor
Requirement:
• Graduate in Engineering or having qualification in HSE,
• At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in the same position from mining industry,
• Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team,
• Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE,
• Having knowledge on HSE Management System,
• Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership,
• Ready to work any area in Indonesia.
