Requirements :

- Female, max 27 years old

- Associate degree in Tax/Accounting/Management from reputable university

- Having experience in HR Area

- Having experience in handling payroll min 1 year

- Having knowledge about Pph 21

- Having integrity

Senior HR Development & Trainer
- Male/female, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology or Law or related background. Master degree in human resources is an advantage
- Having experience as HR Development Coordinator and Trainer min 5 years
- Excellent knowledge in HR System, Procedures & performance management, Indonesian labor law and regulation relation, Training & development, compensation & benefit.
- Having knowledge making concept competency, KPI, writing skill, balanced score card
- Having skill to write article, teaching and handling tabloid company once in 3 month
- Having experience to design training need analysis
- Good communication in English both written and oral
- Willing to travel

2. HR Coordinator
- Male/female, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Pyschology and master degree in human resources is an advantage
- Having experience as HR Supervisor min 5 years, especially handling recruitment, development, compensation benefit and personalia
- Excellent knowledge in filing skill
-Willing to travel

3. HR Staff
- Male/female, max 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Having experience as HR Staff especially in hospital business handling administration, development, payroll and personalia
- Excellent knowledge in filing skill

SENIOR SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR

Requirements:

1) Min. Diploma degree from a reputable Secretarial Academy.

2) Min. 5 years experiences in secretarial duties, preferably has assisted Director level

3) Willing to work extended hours due to project requirements

4) Excellent English – both written and verbal

5) Computer literate (Microsoft Office programs)

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures.

2) Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency.

3) Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications / reports and presentations to ensure all publications / reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use.

4) Organize and schedule arrangements for manager, including air travel and expences claim reimbursment to provide secretarial assistance.

5) Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance.

6) Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy

7) Perform other duties using independent judgement and discretion to support and assist Project Manager in administration matters.
