Sebuah perusahaan otomotif yang berlokasi di Sunter, Jakarta Utara membutuhkan segera :

Staf HRD dan GA ( 1 orang )

Kualifikasi :
- pria / wanita, usia antara 25 - 35thn
- pendidikan minimal D3/ S1 psikology
- pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
- memahami semua perundangan ketenagakerjaan yang masih berlaku di Indonesia dan mempunyai kreatifitas yang tinggi
- dapat bekerja independent maupun dalam team
- mempunyai leadership yang baik
- berinisiatif, cekatan dan dapat menjadi motivator yang baik
- bertanggungjawab dan dapat menjadi panutan bagi yang lainnya
- cantumkan gaji yang di harapkan dan perkiran tanggal bisa join jika di terima ( perlu, untuk bahan pertimbangan kami dalam mensortir aplikasi yang masuk )
- untuk yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi diatas mohon agar tidak mengirimkan aplikasinya kepada kami

Corporate Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
Ensuring that all legal issues for all company contract, tenders, new building vessel and 2nd hand vessel are covered and fulfilled
Providing legal opinion, review and drafting
Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.

Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures

Requirements:

Holding Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
Min. 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Detail oriented
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Computer literate

Recruitment Officer

To conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee

Requirements:

Holding Bachelor degree in Psychology and perform profession program
Min. 1 year experience in recruitment and selection or assessment
Male/Female with max age 28 y/o
Broad knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Computer literate

          1.    Mereview perjanjian dan dokumentasi administrasi legal.

2.    Melakukan pengurusan perizinan perusahaan.

Adapun kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :

1.    Pria Sarjana Hukum (diutamakan Hukum Perdata), maksimal 30 tahun, belum menikah.
