We are currently taking applicants for the following positions:

A. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

2) Minimum 4 years experience in open-cut coal mining as mining engineer or mine plan engineer.

3) Willing to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements

4) Able use mine planning and scheduling software (Surpac or Minescape)

5) Willing to assist at project sites when required

6) Have excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesian and English

7) Have competent in use of MS Office

8) Have outstanding leadership skills

9) POP Certificated

10) Willing to be located in the project site (Sanga-sanga, East Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

Leadership of the mine planning staff and resources to produce short and long term mine planning/scheduling systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations to achieve performance within budget.

B. MINING ENGINEER

Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

2) Minimum 2 years experience in open-cut coal mining.

3) Knowledge of best practice in Project Management.

4) Willing to be placed in the head office (Jakarta) or the project site (Santan, East Kalimantan)

5) Good command in English written and verbal

6) Able use mine planning and scheduling software (Surpac or Minescape)

7) Have good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesian and English

8) Have competent in use of MS Office

Responsibilities:

Prepare short term mine planning/scheduling and production analysis to effectively support the mining operations to achieve performance within budget.

Responsibilities:

Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff;
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listed, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff;
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Report directly to HR Manager

Requirements:

Male/Female max. 33 years old
