[Job-Vacancy] CUSTOMER SERVICE

A GROWING MOVING & LOGISTICS COMPANY LOOKING FOR

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Handle export/import shipment both Ocean & Air shipment.

2. Monitoring and follow up shipment with customer and shipping line/air line

3. Communicate with overseas agent for handle cargo or other inquiry.

4. Make a telemarketing & visit R/O customer to get Free Hand shipment

5. Prepare and issued the Statistic Report for Air/sea Shipment monthly

6. Assist to communicate with Overseas Agent for import shipment.

7. Cooperate and create good team work with Sales Team

8. . Preferably good knowledge of Forwarding, logistics or Supply Chain
business.

ACCOUNTING

MustHave:

· Male/Female between 25 - 35 years old

· Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree from a reputable University (local/overseas) majoring in Accounting

· Having Brevet A & B will be an advantage

· Having at least 1 years experience in Accounting, Finance

· Communication skills in English both oral and written is a mandatory (Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel, Word & Able to operate Accounting Program

General

· Self-driven, autonomous, analytic and creative attitudes,

· Have excellence Administration and Filling skill

· Committed to continuous improvement, keen on accuracy, number and detail aspects

· Able to work as an individual and as a team. And have a strong self determined personality.

1. A/R Controller for Distributor

Reporting : Collection Report, Release, PO Report, Special AR to DNR

2. A/R Controller for Key Account

Reporting : By brand Report,DSO Report,GA Tracking,Collection Target KA,Release PO Report

3. Database Admin

Reporting : Bank Recon,Credit Management,Cust Master

4. Promo Claim Admin

Reporting : CN Non Stock Report

5. Tax

Reporting : PPN Report,Pph 23 & Final,CN Stock Report

6. Filling & Sending

Reporting : Missing Document

7. Claim Admin

8. Collector

Requirements:

1. Male ( 1-8 ),Female (3-7), Max 32 years old

2. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Finance or Accounting with GPA min 3,00 (1-3)

3. Associate Degree (D3) from Finance or Accounting or Administration with GPA min 3,00 (4 & 6)

4. Associate Degree (D3) from Finance or Accounting or Administration with GPA min 2,75 (8)

5. SAP Knowledge is a plus (1-2)

6. Standard Command in English (1-7)

7. Having Experience in FMCG & Credit Management (1,2)

8. Having Experience in Finance or Sales Admin (3,4,6,7)

9. Having work experience in Finance or Sales Admin or Collection & Understand for Jabodetabek Area (7)

10. Having Experience in Finance or Tax & Having Tax Certificate (Brevet A & B)

11. Good Skill in MS,Office especially in Excel (1-8)

12. Work in Team & Individually (1-8)

13. Good Atitude,Target Oriented,detail and Result oriented (1-8)
