We are a fast growing and expanding coal mining company in Indonesia currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly qualified candidates to join our Company, with job assignment in our site (Palembang, Samarinda, Morowali, or Jambi), for the positions of :


1. Maintenance Superintendent (MS)

•Minimal Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
•At least 3 years of working experinces at the same field
•Strong knowledge of maintenance management in the mining industry
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel
& PowerPoint).
•Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
•High personal energy level, and able to work under pressure in
project environment.
•Strong industrial relation skills and employee relations skills
•Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments

2. Finance & Accounting Superintendent (FAS)
•Male
•Minimal Diploma degree in Economic/Accounting major.
•At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting role.
•Qualified on cost accountant area.
•Having experience to making a financial & accounting report.
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel
& PowerPoint).
•Having strong analytical thinking n highly attentive to details.

3. Health, Safety & Environment Superintendent (HSE)
•Male
•Bachelor degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety or
Environmental Engineering
•At least 3 years in relevant experience at Health, Safety and
Environmental (HSE)
•Good knowledge about OHSAS and Government HSE Regulation and its
implementation
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office Software (MS Word, Excel
& PowerPoint).
•Trained and certified HSE/K3 is an advantage

4. HRD & GA Superintendent (HR&GA)
•Male
•Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology or Diploma degree in any major
•Min 3 years working experiences in the same position
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel
& powerPoint)
•Strong knowledge about recruitment, employee development and payroll
•Having good knowledge about GA prosedures
•Good knowledge about sparepart/heavy equipments

5. General Manager Site (GM)
•Male
•Minimal Diploma degree in Mining Engineering
•At least 5 (five) years applicable experiences in managing Heavy
Equipments & Dump Truck for coal and minerals mining operation
•Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel
& powerPoint)
•Having POP / KTT certificate

6. Production Superintendent (PS)
•Male
•Minimum Diploma in Land Surveying/Geology Engineering/Geodetic
Engineering/Mining Engineering
•Having minimum 3 years experience in Mining Area
•Having strong ability to utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel
& powerPoint)
•Good knowledge in survey computer (Mine Scape, Surpac, Minex,
Autocad)
•Having POP / KTT certificate is an advantage

We, a private company which focus on oil rig business and located at South Jakarta, need to develop our business. Therefore we need persons who have good qualification to be our team.  Now we need a staff to fill the vacant position as:

 

PROCUREMENT STAFF

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Make import plan;
  • Find, select and negotiate with suppliers;
  • Find and expand selection of suppliers in order to purchase goods with high quality and at low price;
  • Corporate with Accounting Department to supervise and make payment as signed agreement;
  • Collect procurement demand notes from units;
  • Find suppliers, enquire for quotation list, compare and select a suitable supplier;
  • Make and report the supplier's profile for Approval;
  • Prepare order, submit and send to suppliers;
  • Make prepayment as regulated for procurement of goods;
  • Supervise and speed up the delivery schedule of the supplier to the warehouse or to relevant units/individuals;
  • Make acceptance or delivery reports;
  • As for sudden demands or demands for a small quantity of goods that the supplier can not make the delivery, buy directly from the supplier;
  • Make payment and prepayment;
  • Update information relating to the supplier such as about qualification, product, delivery time, after sales service, payment method, potential development, etc. at all times to be able to select the most suitable one;
  • Frequently find new suppliers;

·         Maintain contract database and distribute the report in timely manner

·         Making Material Transfer Report to Management

·         Maintain vendor database

·         Controlling material shipment to Project Site

·         Buyer for material need

·         Checking the compatibility of material specification

·         Making Contract, PO and SO

·         Handling material purchasing

·         Support in preparing Tender Bid Document

·         Making Correspondence to Vendor

·         Updating Material and Services  status

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         Female

·         Have educational background degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related background.

·         Have experience in oil & gas industry at the same position is an advantage.

·         Have a wide network

·         A good negotiator

·         Honest & diligent

Memahami Hukum Ketenagakerjaan dan PPHI (Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial) sangat penting bagi para pelaku Hubungan Industrial. Selanjutnya kemampuan menafsirkan dengan benar dan mengimplementasikannya dalam praktek sehari-hari menjadi sebuah keharusan berikutnya.

Begitu banyak contoh kejadian dalam praktek di lapangan yang berawal dari salah pengertian terhadap ketentuan dalam Hukum Ketenagakerjaan dan PPHI, dan berakhir pada suatu insiden yang merugikan semua pihak.

Workshop ini akan membahas tentang beberapa perundangan penting dalam Hukum Ketenagakerjaan, yaitu; UU no.13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, sebagai payung hukum dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan; UU no.21 tahun 2000 tentang Serikat Pekerja / Serikat Buruh, agar kita dapat mengenal lebih dalam tentang organisasi Pekerja di Indonesia; UU no.3 tahun 1992 tentang Jamsostek, sebagai sebuah kewajiban hukum bagi perusahaan dalam rangka perlindungan terhadap pekerjanya; dan UU no.2 tahun 2004 tentang PPHI, yang akan menjadi dasar bagi segala kegiatan penyelesaian perselisihan dan telah membawa nuansa hukum formal ke dalam dunia ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.

Metoda pembahasan akan dimulai dari poin penting dan sensitif dalam Hukum Ketenagakerjaan dan PPHI, yang dibandingkan dengan keadaan nyata dalam praktek di lapangan. Workshop ini juga dilengkapi dengan pembahasan kasus nyata yang diharapkan langsung di angkat oleh para peserta.
