Professional Programmer (Code: PP-AP) – 2 positions

Qualifications:

1. S1 degree from reputable Institution/ University (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Computerised Accounting, and other related studies)

2. Experienced for 2-3 years, knowledge in banking software is highly desirable

3. Understand programming language is a must (preferably VB script & PL SQL)

4. Have good knowledge about Datawarehouse and Business Intelegence concept, (e.g. ETL, Business Object, OLAP, Data Mart, Drill down & Dashboard Reporting)

5. Highly interested in programming algorithm

6. Hard-worker, smart, diligent, meticulous, self-driven and responsible

7. Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team

8. Highly analytical, and able to break down complex application design concepts into simple and modular codes

9. Proven technical skill set that has been demonstrated in the development of at least 1 (one) large complex application or several small to medium applications

9. Mengedarkan tagihan yang akan jatuh tempo untuk proses tanda tangan kemudian diserahkan ke bagian kasir untuk pembuatan cek/giro.

BILLING ADMINISTRATION

Main Responsibility:

Assist functional manager to perform basic clerical support duties in order to maintain department records

Requirement :

Minimum Diploma majoring in any field with minimum 1 year experience in administrator and secretarial job
MALE preferably
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Good typing skill
Self motivated
Meticulous in details

CREDIT CONTROLLER

Main Responsibility:

Supervise, monitor, control and report customer credit activity and give customer reminder letter if the credit is almost due date to avoid outstanding invoice accumulation and to ensure minimalization of overdue risk. (Jakarta Supervisor handle Freight and Duty tax, Branch Supervisor handle Freight and Duty tax for east and west branch)

Requirement :

Min. Diploma Majoring in Management, Communication, Economy, Law, and Accounting
MALE preferably
Good command of English (both written and verbal
Computer literate
Knowledge of Account Receivables Procedures and Policies
Customer oriented
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and stressful condition
Able to create documents and maintain detailed and accurate notes
