PROGRAM SUPPORT OFFICER

(Contract based)

Report directly to the Program Managers, the appointed candidate will be in charge of administrative support for all aspects of the program (eg. communication, documentation, planning, scheduling, logistical arrangements, financials, etc)

QUALIFICATION:

· Relevant formal education, minimum to Diploma level

· Single female aged between 20 to 30 years old

· At least five years of proven track record in assuming similar function and role

· Proven leadership and managerial qualities with high adaptability

· Good interpersonal and communication skill with high level of English proficiency

· Willing and able to travel frequently all around Indonesia

· Physically fit and active

· Intelligent and able to think quickly and systematically when faced with issue(s)

· Experienced working in multi-national organization
