[Job-Vacancy] CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Jakarta)

PT. CIRCLE K INDONESIA merupakan perusahaan terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang retail. Membutuhkan CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Jakarta) dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

Position Function

(Fungsi Jabatan)

Mengawasi progress konstruksi dilapangan & memastikan semua peralatan yang tersedia terinstall dengan benar dilapangan.
Melakukan proses administrasi untuk pengadaan fasilitas penunjang toko.
Melakukan survey awal dalam rangka mengukur kelayakan suatu bangunan.

Job Spesification

( Spesifikasi Jabatan)

Pendidikan Min. S1 Teknik Sipil atau Bangunan.
Batasan usia min. 25 – 35 tahun.
Pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang pengawasan konstruksi.
Memahami Construction Implementation Building & Equipment.
Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan.
Memahami teknik negotiation skill yang baik.
Dapat menggunakan computer khususnya Ms. Office.
Dapat membuat laporan analisa lapangan.
Fleksible, Mobile Activity dan komunikasi yang baik.

Goals and Responsibility

(Sasaran dan Tanggung Jawab)

Memastikan kesiapan fisik bangunan lengkap dengan elemen penunjangnya sehingga dapat memenuhi target schedule pembukaan toko.
Bertanggungjawab melakukan survey & pendataan awal suatu lokasi toko baru.
Mengawai progres konstruksi menerima equipemnt dari vendor di lokasi & set up equipment.
Memastikan semua element yang ada di toko baru sudah terinstall & beroperasi dengan baik.
Membuat progress report per-3hari.
Mengurus administrasi penunjang project.
