We are a fast growing Network Marketing Company,

inviting professionals to fulfill below challenging position:

OPERATION MANAGER (OP-MGR)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating the implementation whole business process and division in the Company.

- Responsible for monitoring and supervising whole system implementation and concept throughout all business process.

- Provide advice and support to the Director for the Marketing Strategy Implementation System, review and revision of the Business Plan if necessary.

- Have a guarantee and confidence in managing, delegating, motivating in order to developing and improving the business process.

Requirements and Competencies:

- Male/Female, age of 27 – 36 years old.

- Bachelor/master degree in Management / Engineering.

- At least 5 years working experiences in Marketing or Operation position.

- Have knowledge of various standards of Inspection and Management System such as ISO, SOP, etc.

- Have experiences in Multi National Company / Network Marketing Company / Internet Marketing.

- Possess a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.

- Must have hands on the attitude to the work environment, strict to procedural system but being flexible of changes at the same time.

- Diligent and accurate, able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.

- Have initiative, creative, with a fun and proactive personality .

- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skill.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa.

- Job Position in Jakarta

— Tugas sebagai sekretaris

untuk nasabah,Menyiapkan Iayanan internet di ruangan yang akan
digunakan nasabah,
• Menyiapkan ruang rapat yang akan digunakan nasabah,
• Memastikan ketersediaan makanan dan minuman untuk nasabah
• Memastikan nasabah mendapatkan apa yang mereka butuhkan selama di
ruang kerja, ruang rapat dan di Privilege Center
— Penyambut nasabah di Privilege Center
— Mengatur pemesanan ruang kerja dan ruang rapat nasabah, dan juga
bekerjasama dengan Privilege Access Center untuk pengaturan
pemesanan ruangan,
— Mengisi log book untuk pemesanan ruangan di business center
— Menyimpan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan nasabah di
Privilege Center
— Melakukan layanan asistensi seperti pengaturan pemesanan hotel,
restoran, pemesanan bunga, akomodasi travel nasabah sesuai
permintaan nasabah.

General Qualifications:

Max. 40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Having CISA certification is preferred
Having at least 5 years experience in the similar position

Specific Qualification:

Experienced in Operating System, Network and Business Application technology
Able to interpret business strategy and translate into IT resource requirements
Having capability to do and compile IT policies
Having skills in database (ORACLE, MS-SQL)
Experienced in IT infrastructure planning and development
Having a minimum of 3 years experiences in managing IS section/department, familiar with ERP system, familiar with software development life cycle
Able to evaluate new software applications, remote application management, data communication, disaster recovery, security plan and other system management

General Qualifications:

· Male, maximum 30 years old

· Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines. GPA min.3.5

· Have min 1 years of experience in Java Programming

· Good knowledge in Programming Language JAVA and Relational Database Concept

· Fresh Graduates are welcome, if any project experience

· Willing to work on contract or project-based

Specific Qualifications:

· Strong Knowledge and proficiency in coding, software development process & tools,

· Excellent knowledge of MySQL databases,

· Working knowledge in PHP would be an advantage,

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member as well as an individual contributor.

· Experience on Server Linux

· Preferrably having knowledge in JavaScript

· Have a strong programming and analytical skills

Specific Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of MySQL databases,
