[Job-Vacancy] Opening for Project Coordinator Ahmedabad Experience 2-5 Years- No Freshers Please

Candidate will be executing Project Coordination tasks like

Ensure timely deliveries and resolution of project execution issues.
Manage tasks to completion
Maintain project status and send periodic status reports to customers.
Manage vendors.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Ensures project documents/Deliverables are complete, current, and stored/managed appropriately
Be the single point of contact with the client and own the fulfilment of customer requirements during project execution
Escalate to the project manager proactively when issues are likely to emerge.
Conduct daily project status reviews.
Manage the outsourced delivery.
Report on project status.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as an effective member of a team
Demonstrated problem-solving and crisis management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Multi Tasking and problem solving ability
Understand technical detail of client's requirement and pass requirement to team.
Desire to take ownership of quality project delivery
Ability to apply sound judgment regarding the need and timing of appropriate escalation
Pleasure in working with the "people" element of managing projects
Self-motivated to drive projects to completion
Experience working as a Project Coordinator/Lead for at least two major projects in a global business environment
At least 2 years' direct/indirect project management experience

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Has a minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, or Management.
At least 2 (two) years experience at the same position. Fresh graduates from Master Degree are welcome to apply.
Experience in organizational development, performance, and change management.
Excellent planning, analytical and organization skill.
Proficient in English is preferable.
Able to operate windows application.

DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER

Has a minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
At least Diploma Degree from reputable University
Having an experience at least 1 year as a Document Controller
Soft Skill required EDMS , Ms Office, preferably Documentum
Capable in maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents.
Capable in updates and maintains project document control record keeping system
Strong command of verbal and written English
