[Job-Vacancy] Lowongan Civil Engineer, Estimator, Drafter, Welder, Sand Blasting & Gauging

PT. Yepeka Usaha Mandiri membutuhkan segera :

I. Civil Engineer

a. 1 orang Sarjana Teknik Sipil pengalaman minimal 3 tahun.

b. Menguasai program analisa struktur (Staad atau yang lainnya)

c. Menguasai program penggambaran (Autocad)

d. Menguasai desain bangunan/stuktur, soil improvement, dinding penahan tanah/slope stability maupun sarana-prasarana lain seperti jalan, saluran, plumbing dll

e. Mampu membuat general specification maupun individual specification untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan (desain dan construction) teknik Sipil

f. Mampu membuat bill of quantity dan RAB (rencana anggaran & biaya) proyek.

g. Mampu melakukan review terhadap semua hasil perhitungan/desain pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan semua disiplin terkait

h. Mampu membuat dan melakukan review metode kerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan Sipil dan disiplin terkait.

i. Mampu melakukan supervisi pada pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi di lapangan.

j. Umur pada saat mengajukan lamaran kerja tidak lebih dari 30 tahun dan diutamakan tidak merokok.

k. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

II. Estimator Plumbing

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Memahami plumbing dan penerapannya

c. Mampu menghitung pekerjaan plumbing

d. Memahami gambar teknik khususnya instalasi plumbing

e. Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun

f. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

III. Drafter Piping

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Memahami gambar isometric dan mampu menggambar baik secara manual maupun dengan program auto cad

c. Memahami desain pipa dan standard yang ada pada sistem perpipaan

d. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun

e. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

IV. Piping Fitter

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Memahami gambar isometric

c. Memahami desain pipa dan standard yang ada pada sistem perpipaan

d. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun

e. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

V. Welder GTAW & SMAW

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Memiliki sertifikat weleder GTAW atau SMAW

c. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun

d. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

VI. Sand Blasting

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun

c. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

VII. Build Up and Gauging

a. Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat

b. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun

c. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang – Kalimantan Timur

JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job title: Cost Accounting Manager

Reports to: Accounting Manager

No of Subordinates: NONE

Physical Conditions:

• Working hours: Monday – Friday; 08.00 – 17.00 (min. 9 hours / day)
• Environmental conditions (factory, office, field): factory in Cikarang – Bekasi

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Years of experience: min. 5 years experiences in the same field as manager level

Suitable industry: Manufacturing Industries (preferably electronic manufacturing)

Education: Bachelor Degree (preferable certified / registered accountant) in Accounting

Languages: Indonesian, English is a must

SCOPE OF WORK

Main Purpose of this position
Develop implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting systems.

Preparesjournal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Collects data, allocates costs and preparesreports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring thatestablished procedures are followed.

Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested.

May do analysis and prepare special reports.

May interpret reports and records for managers.

May be involved in reviewing, tracking and maintaining cost accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX and other accounting regulations.

List of few example task to be fulfilled:

_ Maintains and analyzes standard cost system.
_ Analysis of inventory balances and cycle count results.
_ Performs Balance Sheet and P&L account reviews.
_ Completes special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager & Controller.
_ Prepare monthly close process to include journal entries and reconciliations.
_ Organizes cost accounting functions prior to physical inventory and produces cost accounting andoperating reports._ In charge for 3 year plan TMC and FOH budget process.
_ Ensure achievement of company objective on financial matters including inventory
_ Prepare reports required by SOX

Personality:
• Meet Job competencies in Soft and Technical Competencies
• Excellent analytical and previous experience in using MfgPro is preferred.
• Problem solving skill
• Ability to maintain Confidentiality
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
