Our client manufacturing electrical located at Cikarang looking for Cost accounting Manager If you meet the requirements please send your email to career.bright@yahoo.com not later than 20 March 2011 JOB IDENTIFICATION  Job title: Cost Accounting Manager Reports to: Accounting Manager No of Subordinates: NONE Physical Conditions: • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 08.00 – 17.00 (min. 9 hours / day) • Environmental conditions (factory, office, field): factory in Cikarang – Bekasi  JOB REQUIREMENTS Years of experience: min. 5 years experiences in the same field as manager level Suitable industry: Manufacturing Industries (preferably electronic manufacturing)  Education: Bachelor Degree (preferable certified / registered accountant) in Accounting Languages: Indonesian, English is a must  SCOPE OF WORK Main Purpose of this position Develop implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting systems. Preparesjournal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Collects data, allocates costs and preparesreports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring thatestablished procedures are followed. Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested. May do analysis and prepare special reports. May interpret reports and records for managers. May be involved in reviewing, tracking and maintaining cost accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX and other accounting regulations. List of few example task to be fulfilled: _ Maintains and analyzes standard cost system. _ Analysis of inventory balances and cycle count results. _ Performs Balance Sheet and P&L account reviews. _ Completes special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager & Controller. _ Prepare monthly close process to include journal entries and reconciliations. _ Organizes cost accounting functions prior to physical inventory and produces cost accounting andoperating reports._ In charge for 3 year plan TMC and FOH budget process. _ Ensure achievement of company objective on financial matters including inventory _ Prepare reports required by SOX  Personality: • Meet Job competencies in Soft and Technical Competencies • Excellent analytical and previous experience in using MfgPro is preferred. • Problem solving skill • Ability to maintain Confidentiality • Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Flexibility in working hours • Antusiasm • Ability to communicate with all level positions (from workers to managerial level) OTHER REQUIREMENT Experience at multinational company Gender: Male / FemaleAge: Max. 35 Travel required
