Due the development and especially acquiring coal mining (CCOW) in Indonesia, We are now seeking outstanding talent as the following position:
Secretary for Mining & Operations VP
(located in Palembang)
Main Role
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
Role of Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with the company procedures.
- Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for reports and presentations to ensure all reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use.
- Organize and schedule arrangements for the superior, including air travel and expences claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance.
- Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance.
- Perform other duties using independent judgement and discretion to support and assist the superior in administration matters.
Role Cognitive
Able to exercise judgments requiring "Assertive" processing (such as require to be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the road.
Knowledge & Skill
· Minimum 5 years experience (with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in secretarial duties)
· Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company
· High motivation to fulfilling requests to meet timelines supporting the work of others
· Able to pay attention to details and be organized
· Able to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks on a daily basis
· Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with other staffs
Competencies
- English Language – Level III (Fluent)
- Self Confidence – Level III
- Interpersonal Understanding – Level III
Specific Required
1. Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable Secretarial Academy.
2. Experience minimum 3 years in secretarial duties.
3. Willing to be relocated in Palembang, South Sumatera.
4. Willing to work extended hours due to project requirements.
5. Excellent English, both written and verbal
6. Computer literate (Microsoft Office programs)
7. Ability to project a professional image, and to demonstrate courtesy and sensitivity to others
