Latar Belakang
Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing merupakan implementasi dari salah satu strategi bisnis agar perusahaan mampu bersaing melalui "Human Capital"nya.
Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Asing merupakan "Core Positions" yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan karena peran mereka menjadi "Prime Mover dan Driver" dari semua resources yang ada di perusahaan. Mereka menjadi faktor kunci dalam (Multi National Company / MNC), karena disamping sebagai management dan professional, mereka berperan juga sebagai "Representative dari Shareholders". Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, semua Negara memiliki saling ketergantungan termasuk Indonesia. Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing, baik secara juridis formal, teknologi, maupun ekonomi masih dibutuhkan oleh Indonesia, demi memajukan keunggulan perusahaan u ntuk bersaing diera global ini.

Pada bahagian lainnya, "Migration of Professional" merupakan hal yang lumrah terjadi apalagi ILO (International Labor Organization) memfasilitasi "Request and Offer" dari Negara-negara anggotanya, sebagai pengakuan bahwa penggunaan tenaga kerja asing itu bukan hanya terjadi di Indonesia, tetapi merupakan kebutuhan global yang dipicuh oleh resources seperti sumber daya alam, capital (investment), dan market (pasar).

Dengan dinamika globalisasi yang sangat pesat sekarang ini, serta dengan euphoria Otonomi Daerah, maka seringkali terjadi penyesuaian-penyesuaian terhadap produk-produk hukum yang ada untuk dapat mengimbangi laju pembangunan itu sendiri termasuk dalam hal pengaturan Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing dalam rangka melindungi pasar tenaga kerja dan angkatan kerja nasional. Untuk itu Pelakasana di lapangan harus tanggap dan senantiasa melengkapi diri dengan pemahaman dari produk undang-undang yang baru, agar tidak merugikan laju operasi perusahaan, misalnya dengan tidak diijinkannya tenaga akhlinya untuk bekerja, atau karena keterlambatan "normatif formalitas" dari tenaga asing bersangkutan.

Workshop ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan agar mampu mengatasi masalah perizinan penggunaan tenaga kerja asing yang tentu saja dapat mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan yang terjadi di perusahaan.

1. Diutamakan Pria, usia maks 28 tahun
2. Pendidikan Min. D3 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi (terbuka dari jurusan lainnya, dg catatan punya skill yang sesuai).
3. Menguasai VB6, Crystal Report, ODBC, Ms.Access
4. Pengalaman membuat program aplikasi menggunakan VB6 & Crystal Report
5. Mengerti cara kerja sistem akutansi
6. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris
