PP (Peraturan Perusahaan) atau PKB (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama)-lah jawabannya. Di sana diatur semua hal yang menjadi jawaban atas pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut. Sebuah PP atau PKB seharusnya menjadi kumpulan pedoman dan aturan dasar dalam sebuah organisasi perusahaan, yang berhubungan erat dengan karakter unik yang berbeda-beda satu sama lain. Oleh karenanya, penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki PP atau PKB yang "align" dengan karakter masing-masing.

Dalam praktek di lapangan, seringkali kita temui fakta bahwa PP atau PKB kesulitan mengikuti perkembangan kegiatan operasional atau tidak dapat diimplementasikan terhadap sebuah permasalahan; karena para pembuatnya lebih senang "meminjam" naskah tetangga atau "copy paste" dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang terlihat besar dan stabil; karena tidak memiliki "anticipative clauses". Keadaan ini –bila diteruskan– akan berpengaruh dan mengganggu kestabilan operasional perusahaan, karena akan banyak pasal-pasal yang "tidak bergigi", atau sebaliknya muncul kejadian-kejadian yang tidak diatur dalam PP atau PKB perusahaan kita. Inilah keadaan pada perusahaan yang menganggap PP atau PKB adalah sekedar sebagai pemenuhan "syarat administrasi" dalam perundangan, tanpa melihat resiko besar yang mengancam perusahaan dibaliknya.

Workshop ini akan membongkar rahasia dan trik tertentu untuk melakukan design sebuah PP atau PKB di perusahaan, sehingga dapat mengikuti perkembangan operasional dan tetap "align" dengan karakter unik pada masing-masing perusahaan. Teori diperlukan di awal sesi sebagai pemahaman dasar untuk kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi (praktek) design PP atau PKB, sehingga peserta diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan diri dengan kemampuan praktis yang siap diterapkan di tempat kerja masing-masing.
