One of the fast growing mining company in Indonesia. Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professionals candidates to fill the position as:

SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR (SD)

QUALIFICATIONS :

Female, age between 27 to 40 years old
Minimum D3 from Secretary / Tourism / Humanities (English/Chinese) / Public Relations / Administration faculty
Minimum 1 (one) year experience as secretary, preferably in mining industry or hospitality industry
Fluent in Mandarin is a must
Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
Possess an attractive looks, pleasant, outgoing personality and good communication skill
Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
Energetic, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
Willing to be place at Jakarta

Purpose of Position :

Examine, evaluate and recommend the company financial report by conducting accounting audit and tax audit in order to confirm tax reduction, payment and report are complied with regulation

The Requirements are :

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Taxation
Preferably female
Having minimum 1 year experience in Accounting and/or Taxation
Extensive knowledge and practical skills in Taxation Brevet A, B, & C
Good command of English (both written and verbal)
Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Numerical reasoning and Analytical thinking
Strong ability to work individually and with team
Good interpersonal and communications skills
