In line with our company's objective and organizational demand, we are currently seeking for :

Personnel Manager

Position Purpose:

Plan, develop, implement and monitor personnel functions such as recruitment, HR analysis, compensation and benefit, payroll, and employee relation to meet current and future demands of employees and the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree majoring in Law, Psychology or Human Resource Management
Min. 4 years significant experience in HR or related field
Computer literate & proficiency in English written and oral is a must
Knowledge in Personnel Management and Industrial Relationship
Strong knowledge of local labour law and policies
Experience in dealing with governmental agencies would be an advantage
Good contact and network with the relevant associations would be an advantage
Strong Management and Leadership Skill
Strong interpersonal and communications skill
Creative, dynamic and hardworking
