[Job-Vacancy] Vacant Position for Procurement/Proposal Executive

PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultants for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries within Indonesia . JDA has been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years.

Our Client, a Multinational Oil and Gas Company is looking for the position:

Procurement/Proposal Executive (Code: PPEX)

Job Descriptions:

Involved in proposal estimation systematically, especially in procurement, proposal and tender preparation and finalization
Establish and maintain data base of major equipment
Review inquiry package
Review and finalize procurement budget

Requirements:

1.      Minimum holds S1 Degree

2.       Minimum 5 Years experience in oil & gas industry

3.      Having Supply Chain PTK 007/VI/2004 from BP Migas

4.      Ability to prepare, review and procurement planning

5.      Strong implementation of procurement and transportation for equipment system

6.      Have knowledge in tendering process

7.      Have ability to work in multi-culture working environment.

8.      Have ability to work under pressure and tight deadliness.

9.      Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Self-motivated person.
