[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy: Sales Analyst & other position

PT Parazelsus Indonesia , a multinational distributor and service provider company to the healthcare industry in Indonesia , is looking for:

1. SALES ANALYST:

Tasks:

- Analyses competitors, sales, methods of marketing, customer preferences, distribution processes, economic conditions, and other factors that may influence future sales.

- Consolidate sales records and trends and makes recommendations based on the findings

- Set sales targets.

- Prepares sales forecasts.

- Collects, provides and analyses field force's sales, return & collection performance report.

- Consolidates market finding & activity reports from field team.

Requirements:

- Having at least 4 years work experience as Sales Analyst (working in Market Researcher )

- Holding minimum S 1 degree from reputable university

- High analytical thinking and has good communication skills

1. PRODUCT SPECIALIST (to be positioned: in Jakarta & Surabaya )

He/she will be responsible to handle pharmaceutical products in certain outlet hospital by developing market, creating demand, promoting sales.

Requirements:

- Having at least 4 years work experience as Key Account Manager or Product Specialist for pharmaceutical products (working in multinational company is a plus)

- Holding minimum S 1 degree from reputable university

- Able to build and maintain relations, high logical thinking and has good resilience to achieve success

- Has strong and extensive network to Hospitals and specialized doctors

2. MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (to be positioned: in Sumatra, Jawa, Sulawesi and Kalimantan )

He/she will be responsible to handle pharmaceutical products in certain outlet hospital by developing market, creating demand, promoting sales.

Requirements:

- Preferably has work experience as Medical Representative

- Holding minimum D3 degree from reputable university

- Has SIM C & motorcycle

- Able to build and maintain relations, high logical thinking and has good resilience to achieve success

- Has strong and extensive network to Hospitals and doctors

4. MANAGER - OPERATION – AUDIT (to be positioned: in Jakarta)

He/ she is responsible to conduct operational audit, ensuring SOP in Sales, Finance and Warehouse are complied throughout branches.

Requirements:

- S 1 Industrial Engineering / S1 Finance

- Experience as Internal Audit Assisstant Manager in Pharmaceutical/ FMCG company

- Has good analytical thinking, leadership skill, and is able to work independently

5. MANAGER - CREDIT CONTROL (to be positioned: in Jakarta )

He/ she is responsible to manage collection and payment processes from all of branches.

Requirements:

- S 1 Finance / Accounting

- Has 2 years work experiences as Credit Control Manager or similar position in multi national company

- Has strong negotiation skill and good analytical ability

- Willing to do traveling to branches across Indonesia
