Responsibilities:

Build positive working relationship with all key stakeholder of the company.
Handling Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation, Communications or the other relevant discipline
Has minimum 1 year working experience in Public Relation and/or CSR Area at Mining Industry.
Have good communication skill to all stakeholder especially local society.
Computer literate Microsoft Office, and email management.
A team player and able to maintain good working relationship with people at all levels.
Creative, proactive, deadline-oriented.
Able to work under pressure, independently and multitask in a fast paced and intellectually demanding environment.
Ability to do land/field deliverance
Ability to set up procedure related to Public Relation Area

Job Description:

Ideally, the candidate would possess the following criteria:

- Holder of a bachelor's degree in any field, with minimum GPA of 3.00

Qualifications :

Male/Female, max 35 years old.
Min. S1 Management/Psychology/Law
Min. GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00).
Min. 3 years of experiences as HR&GA Supervisor level.

Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Scope of duties and responsibilities :

Strong filing & documentation skills for all HRD documents.
Expertise in Labor Law and other related legislation.
Ability to maintain a harmonis environment among the employees and management.
Handling and maintain building, car operational, asset facilities & office management.
Handling General Services such as security, cleaning service and building technician
All task report to BOD.
Can be joint immediately.
