Dear Moderator, We are currently seeking for Qualified and Dynamic Candidates to join us in the following positions: HR&GA Dept. Head   Qualifications : Male/Female, max 35 years old. Min. S1 Management/Psychology/Law Min. GPA 2.80 (Scale 4.00). Min. 3  years of experiences as HR&GA Supervisor level. Computer literate Ms Office, Powerpoint. Fluent in English both spoken and written.   Scope of duties and responsibilities : Capable of identifying potential candidates and manage the entire recruitment process, including evaluating candidates for final review to the management. Manage and organize of Training & Development such as Training Need    Analysis, action training and training evaluation. Ability to set up Organization Development such as Job Analysis, Job Description, KPI, Balanced Scorecard, Performance Appraisal, SOP. Manage personnel matters such as employment agreement, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, payroll/overtime, absenteeism. Maintain personnel database and records including current and new employees. Strong writing skills for all HR Letters (including appointment letter, staff personal files, reject, and offer letter) & Corporate Letters. Strong filing & documentation skills for all HRD documents. Expertise in Labor Law and other related legislation. Ability to maintain a harmonis environment among the employees and management. Handling and maintain building, car operational, asset facilities & office management. Handling General Services such as security, cleaning service and building technician  All task report to BOD.
