Finance Manager


Job Requirement :

  • Maintaining day-to-day cash management and advise on the proper allocation of resources
  • Ensuring that all finances are properly administered and monitored
  • Reviewing collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
  • Evaluating data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets.
  • Evaluating financial reporting systems, collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
  • Overseeing cash flow and financial instruments.
  • Preparing consolidated monthly and annual financial statements, both for internal management purposes or for third parties (Instansi Bapepam, BEJ, Pajak).
  • Analyzing and reporting the company's financial performance for management decision.
  • Checking and preparing financial reports following both monthly and annual financial analysis and recommendations to the Director
  • Ensuring subordinates work on efficient and effective manner

 

Job Specification

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor degree from Finance or Accounting, S2 majoring in Finance would be an advantage
  • Min 5 years experience as Finance Manager
  • Excellent analytical thinking, focus and detail
  • Ability to work by own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decisions on cash management.
  • Ability to develop, monitor and maintain the procedure on internal department process for improvement
  • Ability to lead and willing to coach the team
  • Proven administrative financial, leadership and management ability
  • Computer literate and also familiar with finance and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
