Supervisor Lifting Equipment

In this role, your main responsibilities and capabilities will include :


Responsibilities :

·        Supervise operational Lifting Equipments (cranes, forklift, lifting appliance, lifting gear, etc) in company

·        Familiar with lifting inspection, relevant standard, rules and specifications (government regulation and international standards/codes).

·        Ensure The lifting equipment to work optimally

·        Motivate and develop team

·        Initiate, recommend, trouble-shoot and provide solutions and

      actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating Lifting Equipment.

·        To lead a team of technicians and operators to make lifting equipment work optimally

·        In charge of the daily operational efficiency the lifting equipment

 

Requirements :

·        Male & Max. 35 Years Old

·        S-1 in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline) with a solid background in crane and lifting equipment inspection

·        At least 2 years working experience as lifting equipment supervisor

·        Good communication skills

·        Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)

·        Possess a strong leadership, organization and problem solving skills.

LEGAL SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

 

·         Male/Female, max 35 years old,

·         Bachelor Degree (S1)/ in Law from reputable University

·         Min 2 years experience in corporate & commercial legal

·         Having good knowledge in the area of oil & gas, shipping, transportation & logistic law will be advantage

·         Able to draft and review agreements in English and Indonesian

·         Able to provide legal advice in all business operations of organization, assisting on legal due dilligence, advices and support other departments in the Company

·         Have sufficient knowledge on Indonesian law, including regulations, contract law and general corporate

·         Will liaise with external counsel and notary public

·         Certification in Advokat - PERADI

·         Excellent written and oral English is a must

·         Computer literate

·         Self confidence, good personality, communication skill, relationship building skill, leadership skill, negotiation, and lobbying

·         Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.

·         Trustworthy and able to respect confidentiality

Human Resources Staff (Temporary)

 

THE JOB:

·         Responsible in handling day-to-day human resources administration, including but not limited to applicant database, employee database, training and development, payroll, medical benefit program, and other personnel administration such as employment agreement, attendance as well as leave records.

·         Maintain human resources filing.

 

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum D3 from any discipline.

·         Minimum 2 years experience in handling human resources administration, having experience in human resources information system is advantage.

·         Age between 21 to 25 years old.

·         Able to communicate in English.

·         Computer literacy: MSWord, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.

·         A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.

Training dua hari ini didesain khusus agar peserta benar-benar memahami bagaimana mengelola diri sendiri, mengelola tim dan mengelola pekerjaan. Ada lima tema issue utama dalam workshop ini, yaitu Mindset, Motivation, Leadership Style, Effective Communication dan Effective Team Building.

Dari lima issue utama, akan dibahas :
1. MindSet
    Mindset seperti apa yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang supervisor
2. Motivation
    membahas mengenai motivasi diri dalam lingkungan kerja, mengenali faktor pemicu motivasi diri dan anggota team kita dan cara
    membantu anggota tim meningkatkan motivasi untuk berprestasi.
3. Leadership
    Wawasan tentang pola kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan mengenal fungsi, peran, gaya, perilaku, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
    gaya kepemimpinan. 
4. Effective Communication
    Komunikasi yang efektif akan menciptakan pola kerja yang terstruktur sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Komunikasi yang

    efektif juga akan mengurangi ketidak-akuratan komunikasi yang menyebabkan munculnya ketidak-efektifan.
5. Effective Team Building
    Bagaimana cara membangun tim yang efektif agar goal perusahaan tercapai ? akan diuraikan  tips dan Trik, strategi, seni dan pendekatan

    apa yang akan membuat TEAM menjadi efektif.
