We are a fast growing Network Marketing Company,
inviting professionals to fulfill below challenging position:
OPERATION MANAGER (OP-MGR)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the implementation whole business process and division in the Company.
- Responsible for monitoring and supervising whole system implementation and concept throughout all business process.
- Provide advice and support to the Director for the Marketing Strategy Implementation System, review and revision of the Business Plan if necessary.
- Have a guarantee and confidence in managing, delegating, motivating in order to developing and improving the business process.
Requirements and Competencies:
- Male/Female, age of 27 – 36 years old.
- Bachelor/master degree in Management / Engineering.
- At least 5 years working experiences in Marketing or Operation position.
- Have knowledge of various standards of Inspection and Management System such as ISO, SOP, etc.
- Have experiences in Multi National Company / Network Marketing Company / Internet Marketing.
- Possess a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
- Must have hands on the attitude to the work environment, strict to procedural system but being flexible of changes at the same time.
- Diligent and accurate, able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.
- Have initiative, creative, with a fun and proactive personality .
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa.
- Job Position in Jakarta
