[Job-Vacancy] Lowongan Legal Officer, Secretary, Receptionist - Jakarta

PT Indonesia Smart Card, an electronic banking hardware-software provider located in Sudirman Jakarta, invite qualified candidate to fill our vacant positions.

Legal Officer (LO)
1 position
Drafting contract and agreement documents
Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company's business
Handling corporate issue for legal support
Act as an internal legal advisor to all departments & company's management
Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company's business
Requirement:
1.Male/Female max 30 years old
2.Bachelor degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00
3.Having experience in law firm or others institution on Banking Sector
4.Having good skill on legal drafter, business contract etc.
5.Fluent in English (Oral and Written), good analytical thinking and communications skill
6.Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office)
7.Good personality and attractive appearance
8.Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
9.Can work under pressure
10.Demonstrate good teamwork ability

Secretary (Sec)
1 position
Provides clerical and administrative support, as a team or individually. Responsible for specific projects. Undertake typical work tasks: general word processing, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, creating and maintaining filing systems, keeping diaries and taking appointments for staff.
Requirement:
1.Female, max 28 years old
2.Education background min. Diploma Degree majoring in Secretarial/Administration
3.Experience min. 2 year in the same position
4.Good written and spoken English is a must
5.Good communication skill
6.Computer literate
7.Well organized, dynamic, proactive
8.Fast learner
9.Good personalality and attractive appearance
10.Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
11.Can work under pressure
12.Demonstrated good teamwork ability


Receptionist (Rcp)
1 position
Handling incoming calls,taking messages, handling incoming fax and distribute to receiver, welcoming guest, & data input for Operational needs.
Handling General Affair Duties
Requirement:
1.Female, max 26 years old
2.Diploma Degree with min. GPA 2.8
3.Experienced as Receptionist Admin Assistant would be an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
4.Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
5.Having good interpersonal & communication skill
6.Well organized, dynamic, proactive
7.Fast learner
8.Attractive appearance
9.Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
10.Can work under pressure
11.Demonstrated good teamwork ability
