The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port to ensure fast and efficient container transportation and has one of the most complete lines of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services.



Corporate Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
  • Ensuring that all legal issues for all company contract, tenders, new building vessel and 2nd hand vessel are covered and fulfilled
  • Providing legal opinion, review and drafting
  • Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing
  • Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.
  • Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures

Requirements:

  • Holding Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
  • Min. 5 – 10  years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literate
