Our Client, a
Golf Resort General Manager (Code: GRGM), based in
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow membership and/or customer base.
- Generate revenue by acting as sales manager for the entire club; managing the reservation system and procedures in accordance with IGC standards and guidelines;
- Manage budget and expenses
- Manage staff by providing training, direction, supervision, evaluation and corrective action when required;
- Manage facilities by working closely with Superintendent, F&B Manager and all other department heads to ensure compliance with IGC standards
- Protect the integrity of the organization and the safety of members, guests and employees
- Implement and support all IGC initiatives and programs as requested by management
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Related Education and experience in hotel or condominium at least 5 (five) years at the same position
- A good team player and pleasant personality
- Enthusiastic, broad minded, good analytical thinking and matured.
