Responsible for profitable growth for the Depots with customer base which across all sales channels. This growth will be achieved through the tactical application of the National strategic sales plans for all Sales channels and development in combination with the management and development of all direct employees.
Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree from any
-Min 5 years exp as a Manager in related field, preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company
-Strong local market knowledge & identify targeted market and develop selling structure andcustomer relationship
-Good business acumen and commercial sense; excellent sales planning and implementation
-Proven leadership & people management
-Has a strong leadership and communication skill.
-Able to work under pressure & extraordinary hours.
