- Graduated (S1) from related field
- Min. 2 yrs experience in the same position (in telecommunication company)
- Preferably under 30 yrs old
- English proficiency
- Understand all the problems related to SITAC (land dispute, community, permits the local area etc.)
- Responsible to all SITAC documents/binder.
- Building a good coordination with the operators
- Submit progress report to the management of LSK
- Tough and able to work under pressure
- Good personality, communication & leadership
