CUSTOMER SERVICE
Main Responsibility:
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching of pick-ups and service information
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
- Minimum having 1 year of experience as customer service or related background
· Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English languages
· Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
· Computer literate
· Emotionally mature and patient
· Persistent personality
CREDIT ANALYST
Review and evaluate periodically the aging performance based on company policy and standard procedure, to achieve company key performance indicator such as: Account receivables turnover, Credit limit and Credit term, Collection fund, Collection period
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree majoring Economic/ Accounting
· Having logistic knowledge
· Strong analytical thinking
· Able to work under pressure
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Loyal, honest and strong motivated
· Having background in banking or multi finance industry would be advantage
