| MBS CONSULTING We immediately require suitable candidates to fill the following position: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Responsibilities: · Responsible for verification on Accounts Payable to meet 3-way matching (DO-PO-Invoice) · Responsible to maintain Vendor Master File and submission to Bridger Online Web · Ensure invoices are valid and supported by valid documentation and approval is in place for all AP before payment · Provide issue resolution surrounding AP process · Scan supporting documents regularly to ensure timely offset/avoid blockage · Responsible to manage Cash Advance (CA) to ensure timely payment and collection · Support AR collection together with team and business leader for high-level support · Responsible to ensure all supporting documents are available and supplied to Customer · Review incoming payment and propose offset to AR · Provide issue resolution, such as printing invoices on ad-hoc basis · Ensure controllership is in place during AR collection · Do to all financial administration jobs Requirements: · Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with min.
