· Memahami proses perhitungan perhitungan absensi, jamsostek,
dan pajak karyawan/PPH 21
· Menguasai Undang – Undang ketenagakerjaan
· Menguasai Ms Office (Word, excell, power point, dll)
· Menyukai pekerjaan yang bersifat administrative
· Dapat Bekerja sama dalam tim maupun Perorangan
· Detailed person, cekatan, tekun, Teliti, Inovatif, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
