· Pengalaman di Proses Produksi (Percetakan Min 5 Tahun)
· Menguasai perbaikan mesin – mesin percetakan, antara lain Mesin cetak, sord, kord, mesin lipat, mesin Jilid, platemaker
· Menguasai Maintenance Pabrik spt genset, kompresor, dan listrik
· Mampu menganalisa masalah dan kreatif menciptakan solusi – solusi yang tepat untuk setiap permasalahan yang terjadi
· Mampu bekerja sama baik perorangan maupun tim
· Memepunyai skill leadership yang tinggi
· Cekatan, tekun, tidak gampang mengeluh, detailed oriented
