FINANCE STAFF
(PEKANBARU)
Job Responsibilities :
· Verify & crosscheck deposited & received fund by support documents, to ensure data accuracy.
· Handling payment to supplier, vendor & third party and handling cash receipt from customer to ensure all transactions run well.
· Handling Bank Guarantee & Bank Reference to support project fund necessity.
· Responsible for office cash receipts, maintain & a database for those receipts & prepare a bank deposit (weekly)
& produce journal entry.
· Maintain receipt of all company bank reconciliation.
· Maintain a detailed record of all cash transaction.
· Maintain account payable & pay disbursement check register for all suppliers.
· Gather historical & current data on accounts.
· Consolidate daily income statements.
Job Requirement :
· Computer literate (Ms Office, Ms Excel, MYOB)
· Strong in administration, order, and have attention to detail
· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
· Able to communicate efficiently to other departments about condition of petty cash.
· Able to build good relationship with bank officers.
Note : interview can be conducted in Jakarta or Pekanbaru, depend on candidate's location
selected candidate will be contracted for some terms depend on the project term
