URGENT VACANCY: Secretary

 

PT Tri Wahana Universal is a National Company in Oil Refinery business located at Bojonegoro, East Java. As the First Established Private Company in Oil Refinery in Indonesia, We highly committed to be the foremost Oil Company in the country through our product quality and services.

We have an immediate opening for the position as an SECRETARY (based in Head Office-Jakarta)

 

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting Directors organize daily activities and paperwork efficiently. She will also responsible for all administrative & secretarial duties

 

Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma degree in secretarial or administration.
  2. 2  years related experiences in senior/executive secretarial position
  3. Female, maximum 30 years old
  4. Ability to produce business correspondence, reports, action logs and minutes..
  5. Good analytical thinking, self confidence and interpersonal skills.
  6. English literate (Both of oral & written) and familiar with computer (MS office)
