- Female, max. 28 years of age
- Hold D3/S1 degree in Psychology/HR Management
- Knowledgeable of various sourcing/channeling methods
- Good networking skill
- Experience in recruitment and training activities
- Good interviewing skill
- Good analytical skill
- Good team player
- Pleasant personality with good communication skill
- Good administration and time management skill
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Persistence, perform well under pressure.
