URGENT VACANCY: Marketing Administrator

 

PT Tri Wahana Universal is a National Company in Oil Refinery business located at Bojonegoro, East Java. As the First Established Private Company in Oil Refinery in Indonesia, We highly committed to be the foremost Oil Company in the country through our product quality and services.


We have an immediate opening for the position as a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR (based in Head Office-Jakarta)


Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for all marketing administration duties

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain client database – ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date;
  2. Monitor selected print and electronic media daily and weekly for business opportunities and report to management;
  3. Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials (flyers, presentation, company profile,  etc);
  4. Support administrative requirements and ensure proposals/tender development are submitted on-time and are complete;

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Administration or other relevant subject from a reputable university;
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing administration, preferably in  the oil & gas or mining sector;
  3. Fluent in English both oral and written;
  4. Computer skills required: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access; and
  5. Good communication, writing and analytical skills.
