CUSTOMER SERVICE & CALL CENTER ONLINE TRADING
Responsibilities :
- Handling customer requests with regards to compay's online trading products or related information
- Handling customer administration & report.
- Able to deliver service excellent & achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Female, age 25 - 30 years old, holds diploma/bachelor degree in any major (D3/S1) with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4)
- Has min 2 years experience as Call Center/Telemarketing/Customer Service at Securities/Banking/ Insurance Company
- Good communication skills, personalty, friendly, patient, honest, and conformity (Customer Service Orientation competency)
- Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Excellent selling and Networking Skills
