Personnel & Industrial Relation Ast. Manager (Jakarta Based)
The successful candidates will be responsible to maximize Human Resources Department, especially in Industrial Relation Aspect.
He will develop Industrial Relations Strategy new sales strategy to create a harmonious working atmosphere.
He will also be responsible for Bipartite or Tripartite processed. Also maintain a good relation with Government Institutions.
Qualification:
- Male preferable
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Law graduate preferable)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Will be handle 4 staffs
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Job role in Employee/Labor Relation or General HR.
- Experience in handling Industrial Relationship, Dispute as well as Personnel matters (Jamsostek, Overtime, database, etc)
- Having knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a team, hard working, honest, discipline & can work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
- Full-Time positions available
