HR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Work performed will typically include a combination of activities and/or behaviors exemplified by the following:
· Assist HR Manager to ensure all resources needs able to be provided in accordance with users’ requirements & timely.
· Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal for all employees.
· Assist HR Manager to arrange company’s policies.
· Coordinate with other department to send engineers or other staff to training session, which are conducted by our costumers.
· Check form documents periodically & revise it when necessary.
· Up date & maintain employee data, including employees’ leave.
Requirement:
· Female
· Have minimum educational background bachelor degree in Psychology.
· Have minimum experience for 2 years in HR Area
· Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
· Good command both in English and Indonesian language
· Analytical thinking
· Skill of concept writing
· Skill of negotiation & communication
