Computer Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet) . 9. Good filing and quick typist. 10. Domicile Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Barat Scope of Job : 1. Manage incoming & outgoing document & letter from each box of BOD make sure the deadlines signing of each document. 2. Arrange meeting / event schedule of BOD and prepare presentation materials and create minutes of meeting. 3. Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls related to BOD. 4. Conduct administration process for business trip (e.g. : itinerary, ticketing, accommodation, transportation) of BOD and including arrange the company legal documentation.
