Our client a foreign join venture company has appointed us to professionally recruit the following position as: SENIOR TREASURER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: 1. Perform bank account management and banking relationships functions as assigned by General Manager Finance. 2. Assist in preparing cash reconciliation and inter-company cycle billing schedules. 3. Understand / apply appropriate control framework (as applicable) to ensure integrity of transactions and processes. 4. Assist with other Treasury activities and special projects on an as-needed basis 5. Manage daily / weekly and monthly cash positions consistent with expected cash flow needs and ensure company optimizes investment or debt position. 6. Develop and manage a comprehensive cash flow forecast model that serves as a predictive tool for cash needs or surpluses. 7. Evaluate and report financial risks as they relate to treasury operations. 8. Invest company's excess funds as directed by the Finance Director. Continually maintain company's investment philosophy of safety and preservation of principal by investing in a high quality and well-diversified portfolio of marketable securities. 9. Ensure the company remains in compliance with all Bank Indonesia's policies and procedures as required. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 2. 4 years experience in financial analysis, treasury, cash and debt management. 3. Working knowledge of relevant areas of accounting. 4. Familiar with financial products and debt instruments that is available in the market, I.e. Bankers Acceptance, LC, Revolving Credit, bonds, options, swaps etc. 5. Familiar with Treasury and Banking control framework. 6. Thorough understanding of cash flow and working capital performance metrics. 7. Excel analysis and forecasting. 8. Knowledge of Bank of Indonesia's regulation and requirements. COMPETENCY AND CHARACTERISTICS AND OTHER SKILLS 1. Good verbal and written skills. 2. Detailed oriented, able to multi-task as well as work well under pressure. 3. Self starter, independent and able to work under minimum supervision. 4. Meticulous and has an eye for details 5. Able to work under tight and changing deadlines.
