Secretary to ManCom (Jakarta based) Main Responsibilities: -
Responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports, translations and slide presentations. -
Concepting external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements -
Responsible for travel arrangements, Visa applications and travel documentations, -
Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements; -
Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Management Community so as to ensure simple access to required documents -
Coordinating and arranging President Director's visitors and personal guests -
Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs Requirements: -
Female, maximum 30 years old -
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Secretarial Academy or related field of study -
Having min. 3 years experience in same position -
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (Mandarin Taiwan) is a must -
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) -
Personable, healthy, pleasant in appearance and be positively minded. -
Good hearted nature to love and care for others, putting others before self, always humble and likes to serve -
Possess good energy, flexibility and sense of urgency, Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills -
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment -
