One of our clients is Multinational Company of Consumer Goods, operating globally in the broad categories of household and personal care products. To support continuous business development in Indonesia, they currently looking for highly qualified and dedicated professional to be part of its winning team, as;
National Key Account Manager
The incumbent will have direct reporting line to Sales & Marketing Director, his/her main responsibilities are in the following:
· Responsible in setting and implementing the strategies for managing all key modern trade customers, Key Account Supervisors and operations in assigned channel.
· Manage sales and revenue growth for a key account channel across all product categories
· Develop sales strategy for Key Accounts based on market needs, KA structure, competitive situation and company targets
· Show leadership and dedication to make KAMs achieving quantitative KPIs and increase market shares in Key Accounts
· Establishing and maintaining new relationships with key clients
· Working with brand and trade teams, implementing trade promotions
· Regular visits at important Key Accounts
· Manage a team of Key Account Managers
· Optimize cooperation with sales force
The requirements of this position are shown below:
· Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2 in Marketing or related discipline
· At least 5 years experiences in the sales area in FMCG sector, including 2 years experience as National Key Account Manager and preferably in a multinational company of a related industry that handling candies or chocolate brand.
· Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team.
· Good leadership, result orientation, good networking and foresight skill
· Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Has good communication skill, verbally as well as in writing.
· Possesses strong analytical thinking and leadership skill.
· Resourceful and creative problem solving skills.
