31. CONDITION MONITORING ENGINEER

 

Department             : Engineering (Condition Monitoring)

No. Of Vacancy        : 1

Salary                    : US$ 4054 – 5539 / month

 

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 9 years experience in the following:

a.    CSI, Machinery Health Manager and Machinery analyzer 2130

b.    CSI, Machinery Health Manager and Oil analyzer 5200

c.    Infrared system, FILR P65 Camera

d.    Bently Nevada Online Systems, CSI, Onsite Balancing system, Laser Alignment systems, CMMS, SAP System, and KARL-STORZ ENDOSKOPE System

 

Also, any of the following degrees is a must:
• HND High National Diploma
• BS Bachelor of Engineering Degree
• Master of Engineering Degree
• PHD of Engineering

 


32. CONDITION MONITORING TECHNICIAN

 

Department            : Engineering (Condition Monitoring)

No. Of Vacancy       : 3

Salary                    : US$ 3158 – 3355 / month

 

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience in the following:

a.    Carries out vibration monitoring service for all rotating equipment as scheduled

b.    Uses a variety of special and modern equipment; machinery data collector, accelerometer, tachometer and specific software's

c.    Carries out vibration testing of new machinery for acceptance during startup and commissioning phase

d.    Collects vibration data from all rotating equipment using hand held portable data collector

e.    Collects lube oil samples from all main equipment lubrication systems for monitoring and analysis

f.     Makes routine visual checks to ascertain any machinery fault by feel, sight or sound

g.    Basic PC skills with knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point, MS Outlook is required.

 

Also, 2 years formal courses in technical /engineering discipline are required.


33. MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

  

Department             : Engineering (Design)

No. Of Vacancy        : 2

Salary                     : US$ 3158 – 3355 / month

 

a.    The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following:

b.    In any major Steel Plant or Heavy Engineering Industry

c.    In a Drawing Office - after formal training

d.    In the production of original designs and associated drawings

e.    In the supervision of Drawing Office staff

f.     In the use of AutoCAD or any other 3D modeling software

 

Also, HND or Mechanical Engineering degree is a must.


34. MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

 

Department                       : Engineering (Design)

Salary                     : US$ 3158 – 3355 / month

         

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the following:

a.     In any major Steel Plant or Heavy Engineering Industry

b.    In a Drawing Office - after formal training

c.    In the accurate measurement and detailing of mechanical components

d.    In the use of AutoCAD

 

Also, OND or Mechanical Engineering degree is a must.


35. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

 

Department             : Engineering (Planning)

No. Of Vacancy        : 3

Salary                     : US$ 3158 – 3355 / month

 

The desired candidate should have minimum of 7 years experience in any major Steel Plant or Heavy Engineering Industry.

It is also an advantage to have the following:

a.    In Maintenance planning of preventive & corrective maintenance, scheduled maintenance, capital maintenance, long term planning data analysis, preventive maintenance scheduling, scheduled maintenance planning and overhauling of equipment

b.    Prepare long and short term maintenance planning and overhaul programs for equipment and facilities

c.    Creation/maintaining history of data-SAP-Excel

d.    Closing of work orders PM/CM- SAP

e.    Plant stoppage job list finalization & tentative scheduling (Microsoft project)

f.     Good computer knowledge

g.    SAP Experience

h.    Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel

i.      Good English communication skills

Also, degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.


36. SUPERVISOR - MAINTENANCE PLANNING

 

Department             : Engineering (Planning)

No. Of Vacancy        : 2

Salary                    : US$ 3570 – 4326 / month

 

The desired candidate should have minimum of 8 years experience in any major Steel Plant or Heavy Engineering Industry.

It is also an advantage to have the following:

a.    In Maintenance planning of preventive & corrective maintenance, scheduled maintenance, capital maintenance, budget control & analyses, long term planning data analysis, preventive maintenance scheduling, scheduled maintenance planning and overhauling of equipment

b.    Supervising down days in the plants

c.    Identify reasons causing delays and advice how to avoid recurrence of delays

d.    Good computer knowledge

e.    SAP Experience

f.     Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel

g.    Good English communication skills

 

Also, degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.


37. HEAD OF ROLLS PASS DESIGN & CAD 

 

Department             : Heavy Section Mill

No. Of Vacancy        : 1

Salary                    : $ 5214 – 6571 / month

 

To specify, monitor and control the role-related operational and maintenance aspects of a one million tonne/annum Heavy Section Mill Project. To ensure the project and related activities are carried out in a safe, cost effective and timely manner in order that the project objectives are achieved in line with ESI requirements. Scope includes consideration of and requirements for a sustainable operational plant to include - supply chain & logistics, personnel & training, moving machinery, operational consumables, process automation systems, quality and productivity.

The desired candidate must have a minimum of 10 years working experience and must have Engineering or Management Higher Diploma/Degree.

Skills Requirement

a.    Good knowledge of section mill stands, bearing, rolls and guide arrangements and quality control.

b.    In depth knowledge and experience of the programming, operational and maintenance requirements of Section Mills CNC Machine Lathes - inc. management and control of consumables.

c.    In depth knowledge of Roll Pass and Mill Schedule design and development for a Universal Heavy Section Mill.

d.    Proven experience of running a Section Mill Roll Pass Design department

e.    Thorough knowledge of heavy section mill quality control and defect elimination

38. HEAD OF ROLLS, STAND & GUIDE BUILD WORKSHOP

a.    Experience in developing and deployment of HSEQ Management Systems

b.    Experience in the management and control of the detailed aspects of a heavy engineering project and plant start-ups

c.    Good knowledge of basic roll pass and mill guide design

d.    In depth knowledge and experience of the operational and maintenance requirements of Section Mills Roll Shop processes and automation - inc. management and control of consumables.

e.    Proficient in the use of MS Office and Roll Stock Management and Analysis Systems

f.     Proven experience of running a large complex roll shop and mill stand build workshop department

g.    Thorough knowledge of section mill stands, bearing, rolls and guide arrangements and quality control

39. SECTION HEAD OF FINISHING PRODUCTS

Scope includes consideration of and requirements for a sustainable operational plant to include - supply chain & logistics, personnel & training, moving machinery, operational consumables, process automation systems, quality and productivity.

g.    Strong knowledge of warehouse/stock and customer order management processes and systems
