Our client is the Indonesian branch of a US-based company listed in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which designs and manufactures products, such as subsea production and processing systems, surface wellhead production systems, and high-pressure fluid control equipment for the oil and gas industry. They are currently looking for the Compensation & Benefit Specialist who has a solid understanding of all aspects of the compensation & benefit area and has a previous working experience especially in a manufacturing company with over 100 employees. Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in the supervisory / assistant manager level, in-charge of the compensation & benefit in the HR department. Able and willing to work in the Cakung / Cilincing area is an absolute must.
